Our chef will explain how to create your own fresh pasta to delight your guests with traditional Apulian dishes at your home.
You will be welcomed into a typical Apulian countryside setting, amidst centuries-old olive trees and with a magnificent view of the town of Ostuni on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other.
The experience begins with the explanation and preparation of fresh pasta and of the sauces used to flavour your home-made orecchiette, while savouring a delicious local wine.
Once the pasta is ready to be cooked, you will continue your unique experience by tasting a traditional Apulian starter made of cold cuts and cheese board such as frise, traditional Apulian bread, with tomatoes or stracciatella fresh cheese and capocollo ham, followed by your freshly made pasta in two different sauces and ending with a dessert that will enchant your palate.
