The experience begins with a tasting of typical Apulian products, including local cold cuts and cheeses. After preparing your pasta, you will sit down and enjoy the meal you have created together, followed by a delicious homemade dessert prepared by the chef.

Pizza Making Class

Enjoy a unique and relaxed evening with a private pizza making class in the comfort of your Apulian villa. A skilled pizzaiolo will prepare authentic Italian pizzas on site, baking them in a traditional wood-fired oven and serving them fresh and hot throughout the evening — a perfect experience to share with family and friends.

Watch the pizza-making process step by step: from the preparation of the dough, made with high-quality flour and left to rise slowly for better flavor and digestibility, to the gentle hand-stretching of each pizza base. The pizzas are then baked at high temperature (around 400–450°C) in a traditional wood-fired oven, giving them their characteristic light texture, crispy crust, and smoky aroma.
