The tasting features wines from Giustini, a family-run winery located in San Giorgio Ionico, in the heart of the Primitivo di Manduria area, between the Ionian Sea and the hills of the Itria Valley. The vineyards are located just a few steps from the sea, where sea breezes and mineral-rich soils of clay and sand help create elegant and distinctive wines strongly connected to the local terroir. The winery has been producing wine for four generations, preserving traditional grape varieties while combining experience with modern winemaking techniques.
