The outdoor spaces are furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, and a patio that seats 14 is perfect for al fresco dining while admiring the stunning pool. Supporting the outdoor spaces is a kitchenette complete with electric hot plates, sink, barbecue with wood stove, and a practical dressing area with bathroom and shower.

The villa consists of two sections – the primary residential unit and the adjacent outbuilding constructed in a historic lamia structure, which has undergone extensive renovations.

The focal point of the main unit is a spacious living room spanning an area of 70 square meters, featuring a large window that provides a breathtaking panoramic view. There is an exquisite designer kitchen complete with a central island and state-of-the-art appliances. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

A hallway connects to the sleeping quarters of the primary dwelling, containing three double bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room. One of the double bedrooms has the capacity to become a quadruple room if required, as it connects to a private sitting area that houses two stackable single beds.

Moreover, the lamia comprises a well-appointed eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a shaded private space that includes a sink and countertop.
