Join us on a 7-day retreat dedicated to those who know the key to a good life is balance — taking care for yourself while also enjoying little moments in life, such as good food and wine, company of honest people and soaking up the Italian sun.
Enjoy daily yoga sessions at shadowed yoga shala, get to know different meditation and mindfulness techniques, relax by the pool, soak up the sun, learn how to make a genuine Italian pasta with local “Nonna”, taste local wines and learn how Apulian gold – extra virgin olive oil is produced. Take time for yourself and prioritize pleasure – meet us at eco-foodie-yoga retreat in Puglia, Italy.
Accomodation
You will spend 7 nights in a beautifully restored farmhouse called villa Affianco, composed of several buildings, many relaxing areas, terraces overlooking the sea and olive groves.
Just a step away from Fasano and Ostuni and beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast. Most importantly – there is a shadowed yoga shala, where our daily practices will take place.

Activities
Everyday food workshops & Cooking classes
Food plays a huge role in the lives of Italians, specially in the south in Puglia, commitment to tradition, local products and common preparation of meals, takes on a different meaning here. Apulians love to cook, actually their whole life revolves around eating, celebrating meals, preparing and planning family gatherings. We would like to pass on to you a part of this tradition and encourage everyone to pay more attention to food, where it comes from, its preparation and celebration.
Pasta cooking class
Our cooking classes aim to immerse our guests in an authentic and traditional food experience, not only through the teaching of local handmade pasta dishes, but a full experience including tastings throughout, such as cheeses, wines paired to the particular pasta dishes in preparation and freshly baked delicacies.
Pizza night
Our chef will spoil us by making us authentic Apulian pizzas. Participants will be welcome to join and help him prepare and make the pizzas and he’ll be happy to share a secret or two so that you’ll be able to do them by yourselves at home. The satisfaction of making your own pizza, accompanied by an outstanding Apulian rose wine and good company, is simply unforgettable
Wine tasting
Take part in a wonderful wine tasting experience and learn the secrets of local wines like Primitivo di Manduria, Negroamaro, Susumaniello or Fiano. Learn about the characteristics of the wines grown in Puglia, how climate, soil type, proximity to the sea and wind affect the taste and viticulture. When the harvest starts and what are the stages of it. Most importantly, taste many local wines with the help of our sommelier, who will introduce you to the exciting world of wine.
Alternative activities on request
Our schedule is full but light and planned in a balanced way so you can indulge in some free time activities or just spend your day doing as little as you want to, like drinking coffee, soaking up the sun and swimming in the pool.

Daily morning yoga classes (75 min) range from gentle, yin, vinyasa, and dynamic flow. Yoga practice ends with relaxation practice (savasana, 15 min)

Daily morning breathing practice (pranayama) before our yoga classes (30 min)

Mind workshops: (1) Journaling and (2) Thinking and visualisation

Evening (30 min) meditation sessions with different topics to relax before the end of your day
All the classes are optional and voluntary, you can skip them if you don’t feel like practising.
Yoga sessions, meditations and other mindfulness practices will be led by founder of Body & Mind Institute, yoga teacher (RYT500) and performance psychologist Kim Majoranc from Slovenia. Kim believes that the key to leading a good life is a good connection between your body and mind.
