Casa d’oro is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool and well-kept garden, immersed in the Carovigno countryside, just 5 km from the beaches of the Torre Guaceto reserve and the Adriatic Sea. The villa is made up of two independent units and offers a total of up to 10 beds. The exteriors, in addition to the swimming pool, are equipped with a solarium, barbecue, outdoor showers, parking and automatic gate.

Casa d’oro is equipped with all the most modern comforts: air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, internet, washing machine, alarm system, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets.

The swimming pool is in the centre, surrounded by a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, a brick gazebo covered with comfortable cushions and shaded with curtains, a barbecue area for preparing tasty grilled food, a dry-stone wall with two outdoor showers.

Casa d’oro consists of two independent units, both with kitchens. Typical furnishings and accessories make the spaces unique and original.

The main structure is the largest. The living area is an open space room with particular star vaults, partly with tuff ashlars left exposed. Under the beautiful vaults there is the dining room with table and chairs, a living room with a very comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace, a modern kitchen with an induction hob on an island and large windows which give access to both the pool area and the veranda furnished for lunch and dinner outdoors.

The sleeping area of this first unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double bedroom complete with en suite bathroom with tub, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, and 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.

The dependance is located at the end of a driveway that starts from the pool area, which is also surrounded by greenery. This second unit consists of a large living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 complete bathroom with bath.
