The property consists of a main building (lamia) and additional small house (available from mid June 2022), with total of 7 sleeping beds and 4 en-suite bathrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with vaulted ceiling and a refectory dining table for eight, as well as an outside kitchen with a fridge, bbq and pizza oven. On the other side of the lawn there is a Roolf living area with pouf to put your feet up to relax or the sundowner rooftop panoramic terrace with a bar and a sitting area with comfortable cushions.
A spectacular 11m long swimming pool with a solarium with 6 sun loungers and relaxation area with 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs is an oasis of peace and pure pleasure.
For those looking for additional entertainment there is a  table tennis, hammock and French boules.
The central and probably the most important part of the outer zone is a large table with a pergola for shade, for wonderful lazy lunches or stunning dinners with dimmer lights and views to the lit up olive trees over 1000 years old.
Additional amenities such as wifi (additional external router in the pool area), alarm, fence, electric entrance gate are provided.
Directly from the villa you can go for a wonderful walk or a bike ride through the olive groves or go to the beach just a few minutes away by car.
Last but not least: a private orangery and a vegetable garden with delicacies such as eggplants, courgettes, tomatoes and herbs.
Towns like Cisternino or fishing village Savelletri with all the seafood restaurants, are just a 15 minutes drive away.
