Casa Mamita

Casa Mamita is a peaceful, unique retreat nestled among olive groves, just 6 km from Ostuni. The property consists of two lamias and a trullo, accommodating up to 10 guests in five comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

At the heart of the property lies the swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery that provides natural shade, creating a serene, refreshing environment.

Designed for ultimate comfort, Casa Mamita is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The villa consists of three separate buildings, offering ample privacy while all being centered around the pool area.

The main building houses the living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, both opening onto a large covered terrace. It also contains two primary bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.

The second building, known as the lamia, features two large bedrooms with double beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine—drying is taken care of naturally by the Puglian sun, between two trees!

The third building is a charming and romantic trullo, complete with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

All buildings are equipped with double-glazed windows, heating, and air conditioning.

The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds, professionally prepared with premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. We also provide bathroom and pool towels for up to 10 guests.

The villa is tastefully decorated, impeccably maintained, and equipped with modern comforts, including free WiFi, books, games, a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker, and a collection of vinyl records for relaxing moments.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to unwind. There is:
– a cozy aperitif corner
– two outdoor dining tables (each seating up to 10 guests)
– an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ
– sun loungers and additional seating options

The swimming pool (8×3 m) is the heart of the property, perfect for refreshing dips. It is not heated, but this is rarely necessary in the high season. The pool is cleaned weekly by our property management team. After a swim—or to start your day—you can enjoy the outdoor shower.

For leisure, guests can also enjoy the petanque area beside the main building.

The rooftop terrace on the main building provides comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the Puglian sunsets. At night, the starry sky is truly mesmerizing.

The property is gated and spans nearly 2 hectares, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Despite its secluded feel, it is conveniently located just 10 minutes from city centers and only 15 minutes from the beaches.

There is ample parking space at the back of the main house, with enough room for up to 10 cars.
