Casa Mamita

Casa Mamita- You can really call this a unique place to stay. Total privacy! Casa Mamita is located on a charming road, in the midst hectares of olive trees, but yet close enough to “living” cities. It’s located between the Apulian cities of Carovigno and Ostuni. Both cities are exactly 6 km away from the property.

The interior is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The villa comprises 3 separate buildings, providing sufficient privacy, but all surrounding the pool area.

The living-room and kitchen are located in the main building with a very large covered terrace. The kitchen is spacious enough and fully equipped. In the same main building you will find the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet as well as a very large pantry room, including a second refrigerator. In the back you have 1 additional room that is currently used as (private) storage space.

In the second building called “lamia” you will find 2 large bedrooms, with each double beds, respective en-suite bathrooms and toilets. In one of the bathrooms in the Lamia you will find a laundry machine. Drying is being provided by the natural sun of Puglia between 2 trees!

The third building is a smaller but typical and romantic “trullo” with double bed and en-suite bathroom and toilet.

All buildings and rooms come with double glass, heating and air-conditioning.

The bedrooms have fantastic beds that will be professionally prepared for you with high quality bed linen. You will sleep like an angel. We also provide bathroom towels and pool towels for up to 8 guests.

It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! The property offers free Wifi, some books, games, a portable bluetooth JBL speaker and nice vinyls to chill back whenever you feel like it.

Outside there is plenty of space, including a separate and very cosy “apero” corner, 2 outside dining tables (each for up to 10 people), an outside kitchen with BBQ.

The outside space is also provided with 6 sun loungers and other seating – laying facilities.

The pool (8×3 m…don’t worry, it is large enough for ample refreshing moments) is central to the property and the heart of the accommodation. It is not heated, but that is definitely not necessary in high season periods. The pool is being cleaned by our property management team once a week.

After a swim or at the end of the day (or maybe to start the day?) you can enjoy the outside shower.

There is a petanque area on the side of the main building.

On top of the main building you will find a roof top terrace with according seatings, where you can enjoy great Puglian sunsets. And we can assure you, you will love the stars in the sky at night!

There is ample parking space in the back of the main house (one could park 10 cars if you want).

The property itself is gated and close to 2 hectares. It is located in a secluded area, with no disturbance or noise at all, yet close enough to city centres (max 10 minutes drive by car). The villa is located only 15 minutes from the beaches.

The airport of Brindisi (many low cost flights from Belgium or Holland) is only 30 minutes away, door to door. The Bari airport is 60 minutes away (many other low cost flights).
