Casa Raggiante

Casa Raggiante is a cushy place which will make you experience the true Apulian countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees.  It is located beautiful area of Serranova, in a close distance from the sea.

The architecture as well as the interiors are decorated with an Apulian touch: you could even sleep in a recently renovated trullo, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The villa comprises 2 separate buildings, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one bedroom being inside the trullo.

The living room and the kitchen are in the main building, together with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bathroom has a stunning outdoor shower with a view over the olive grove). The thirds bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the opposite side of the outdoor dining and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying typical Apulian dishes. You can easily make yourself at home in the reading area and next to the fireplace.

All buildings and bedrooms come with heating and air-conditioning and mosquitos nest on the windows. Furthermore, the property offers free Wifi and an efficient alarm system.

The highlight of the villa is its outdoor environment: the terrace with outside living and dining area, and the pool surrounded by olive trees will make your stay memorable. After a swim or to freshen up, you can enjoy the outside shower by the terrace.

The pétanque area will entertain you during pleasant summer evenings to unwind.
