Casa Vita Nova

Casa Vita Nova is a hidden gem that is very well located in the beautiful landscape of Serranova, only 1 km from the natural reserve Torre Guaceto and 4.5 km from the beach.

It is an architectural house from Kico Mion built 15 years ago. The house was illustrated in 2011 in the magazine AD architecture.

A very nice flower driveway belonging to the property leads you to the house, which is surrounded by maquis and olive trees and far away you can see a stripe of the sea from the rooftop terras. Also from there you can enjoy the spectacular sunset, same as from all other places around the house, especially from the swimming pool terrace. The swimming pool is 12 m by 3,5, nicely settled in the beautiful landscape.

The villa is 120 sq meters.

The house is very well equipped with all comforts you need for a perfect holiday. Washing machine, drying machine, inside and outside kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower, dishwasher, air-conditioning in every room, oven, hairdryers, nice sheets and towels also for the swimming pool and beach.

Near the outside kitchen and swimming pool there is also a nice cozy corner to enjoy meals or sitting together by candlelight. The house is at one side surrounded by contemporary benches integrated in the architecture.
