Set in the heart of the untouched Valle d’Itria, one of Puglia’s most scenic and authentic landscapes, the masseria is perfectly located for exploring the region’s most charming towns, including Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica, and Ostuni. Rolling hills, ancient olive groves, fruit trees, and native oak trees surround the property, creating a peaceful and picturesque rural setting.

The villa features four elegant bedrooms, each with its own ensuite walk-in bathroom and spacious micro-cement showers, combining a natural aesthetic with modern design. Three bedrooms are internally connected, offering flexibility for families or groups, while each room also has independent outdoor access to ensure privacy when needed.
