Villa Lena, a design villa with pool for those who like to travel in Puglia and spend a vacation that offers tranquility and maximum comfort, a complete immersion in the colours and scents of the Valle d’Itria. The architectural style is in harmony with the rural tradition using traditional materials of the area. With its beautiful swimming pool, air conditioning, internet and many extra services, with care and attention to details and a view that has been enchanted by trulli and olive trees, Villa Lena can accommodate up to 12 guests.

A sublime location for a romantic getaway
Villa Lena was built to seduce the most demanding guests in terms of comfort and privacy. The architecture is imposing and light, and leaves simple expressions, the luxury villa in the countryside of Ostuni is proud and respectful of the surrounding nature, among the gentle karst slopes of the Valle d’Itria. Philosophy masterfully revisited by the three stone houses that can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

To brighten up the stay in the villa there is the modern pool with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The pool enhences the surrounding landscape and has a large solarium equipped with comfortable sun beds and a gazebo furnished with a table, chairs, masonry benches and cushions, to spend pleasant moments in the shade. Mediterranean scrub are also part of the landscape.

La Lena offers 12 accommodations with its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Villa resizes the concept of full and empty spaces. The watchword is: space. The interior is personalized with minimal-chic design elements that reflect the style. The materials used reinforce the soft colors of the local stone and the whites of the rooms give it a clear and fresh look.

The main building, situated in a dominant position above the valley, has a comfortable living room with a super equipped American kitchen. The sleeping area of the villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with two single beds pushed together (or divided as required) and one with a double bed of 140 cm. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The terraces, the loggias and the external furniture form the perfect synthesis between luxury and tradition

The two original trulli that are transformed into 2 modern guesthouses

Approximately 30 meters from the main building are the two trulli, renovated and furnished with class, each with its own entrance: the first trullo has 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, while the second trullo consists of 2 rooms (one double and one twin) ) with shared shower room. The two rooms are not independent: to reach the double room, you even have to go through the twin room (see planimetry in the photo).

The accessories that complete the equipment of the charming villa include, in addition to internet, air conditioning, barbecue in the garden, washing machine and dryer, a high chair and two beds, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Our team also guarantees, on request, a wide selection of exclusive services in the villa, including mid-week cleaning, cooking, massages, yoga classes, baby sitting, sailing trips along the Adriatic coast, tours in jeep or wasp.

Villa Lena is just 7 kilometers from the beautiful historic center of Ostuni, also knowned as the “White City”. It is also close to other centers, known for the beauty of the historic centers and for the good food and wine traditions, including Cisternino at 7 kilometers and Martina Franca just 14 kilometers away. Even lovers of the sea can enjoy the Adriatic coasteasy reach, short distance 15 kilometers.
