The villa is situated in a secluded, very tranquil location of Carovigno, surrounded by olive & almond trees, ficchi d’india and an enchanting trullo. It’s equipped with all comforts like air condition, latest kitchen appliances, heated pool, outdoor bbq and security system. Villa is composed of two buildings. The main house includes two master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen overlooking the garden and pool, and a storage room with a washing machine. The third bedroom is accessed from the outside and features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Villa Serena is overlooking the sea, particularly the coastal nature reserve Torre Guaceto known for its pristine beaches.
It’s a secure, serene retreat that provides utmost privacy within almost 1 hectare of fenced land.

All bedrooms have electric roller shutters on the outside to obscure the rooms. All windows and sliding doors have integrated sliding mosquito screens. The villa is equipped with two outdoor showers with both hot and cold water.
